Ms Chan graduated from University of Malaya in 2008. She was called to the Malaysian Bar in year 2009. She underwent her pupillage-in-chambers under the guidance and tutelage of Mr Justin Chin where she was exposed to litigation matters.

She commenced her pupillage under the guidance and tutelage of Mr Justin Chin, where she was primarily exposed to litigation practice, gaining early experience in court procedures and dispute resolution work.

Following her admission to the Malaysian Bar, she practised in Messrs Lim Soh & Goonting within its Conveyancing Department. During this period, she developed substantial experience in conveyancing and property-related transactions, with exposure to both residential and commercial matters. Her work included the preparation, drafting, negotiation, and completion of sale and purchase transactions, as well as advising clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.

She also gained extensive experience in banking and financing documentation, including housing and commercial loan transactions for various financial institutions. In addition, she handled tenancy matters and related property documentation, contributing to her broad exposure in real estate and commercial property practice.

Over the years, she has been involved in a wide range of commercial and conveyancing matters, with responsibilities spanning transactional structuring, document preparation, and coordination with multiple stakeholders including developers, purchasers, financiers, and solicitors.

She subsequently joined Messrs Ching, Tan & Associates and is presently part of the firm’s Conveyancing Department, where she continues to focus on banking, conveyancing, and commercial property transactions. She was admitted as a partner of the firm on 1 August 2024.

Sale and purchase transactions for residential, commercial, and retail properties, including drafting, negotiation, and end-to-end transaction management;
